an exhibition hypothesis
could a cities car's never need to recharge or refuel again
Electric cars harness the kinetic energy of a vehicle
in motion to recharge a 2nd battery. Two electric batteries then alternate to generate a permanent power supply for a vehicle. A hybrid - electric : electric.
Kinetic energy from children playing on a merry-go-round can be harnessed to store in batteries for later use. This establishes the premise for capturing energy from car wheels in motion to recharge
a 2nd battery, as a seperate system from the primary
battery powering the vehicle.
COULD IT BE THIS SIMPLE
Other technology exists, that cumulatively could allow vehicles to self-generate a permanent supply of clean energy, such as solar-roofs, regenerative braking, biological batteries, supercapacitators and flywheel energy storage;
Yet, this requires a viable commercialization strategy to become the predominent market or community system.
A NEW ECONOMIC STRUCTURE An energy expense would no longer be incurred by citizens; Instead A VEHICLE USEAGE FEE
would be charged by the local administrator to finance the transition cost and then public services for the common benefit of citizens.
Vehicles powered in perpetuity by original new technology combinations, require an economic system that invites and supports their commercialization;
to eliminate both exhaust pollution + environmental devastation from harvesting
+ consuming vehicle energy
Mayors should support the exhibition of technology combinations + economic structures to encourage self-sufficient vehicle systems
Technology and vehicle manufacturers are invited to innovate + deliver tech + commercial adaptation options with city stakeholders
> Existing electric vehicles adapt to the dual electric battery - kinetic and solar system.
> Fuel cars are adapted to the dual battery kinetic and solar system or are decommisioned. < manufacturers responsible to facilitate >
> Car manufacturers may only sell a dual electric battery - kinetic and solar system - for any future car sales
> Citizens may only purchase cars with a dual electric battery - kinetic and solar system - for any future car aquisitions.
> Each citizens cost of transition would be financially structured to not exceed their previous monthly cost of fuel.
