She is fighting to defend the planet and people
in a way we rarely see.
Intelligently. ;)

There are very few plans that pose the possibility to convert existing cities to entirely self sufficient clean energy. This exhibition engages multiple stakeholders to demonstrate how this transition is operationally possible.

Miriam has seven legal arguments under review by the world's highest court to prevent the crime of environmental destruction.
She pioneered the innovative application of this 'existing but unused' law for the past six years. In September 2016, the court confirmed that they will now prosecute this crime. Her most recent argument is against the 50 carbon majors responsible for climate change.
Miriam was correct in discovering a law has the power to prevent climate change by holding decision makers directly accountable for foreseeable harm.
In 2017, Miriam is seeking financial support to develop new collaborative evidence profiles for each of her case arguments to defend the Rainforest, the Great Barrier Coral Reef and the Arctic; with leading experts, lawyers and scientists to further compel the court to prosecute.
Seize
the profits of the
arms industry and prosecute those responsible inspiring a greater chance for peace.
Miriam's legal argument to end the Syrian War was accepted for review by the International Criminal Court on August 16th 2016. * The review remains current and is ongoing. The court will advise of their decision.
The public need to understand that there is a judicial power that should come to life to render war unprofitable and prosecute nation state leaders for illegal international agression, in hope to reduce the motivation for future wars.
Miriam identified and directs the only two existing international legal mechanisms that give the world a chance to defend the
Amazon Rain-forest against Industrial Destruction.
The Rain-forest is without any other defense against thousands
of industrial developments that will advance to devastate this climate regulating ecosystem of global importance.
In December 2016, the Amazon Rain-forest was declared Independent as the world's newest Nation-State to the United Nations and indigenous leaders requested membership to the United Nations as a country.
This #NatureNations request to Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon was signed by all eleven Presidents of the Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador and was submitted by author Miriam Clements, of SQP Agency.
This document unearths the indigenous international legal right to complete sovereignty across the Amazon Jungle. The Rainforest becoming the world's newest country would entirely protect this ecosystem from extensive industrial devastation, based on the principles of the Antarctica agreement and the traditional indigenous protocol to protect their Forest
from contamination.
The Nature Nations document submitted to and acknowledged by the Secretary General's office under rule 134 of the U.N. General Assembly Rules of Procedure, now triggers a vote by U.N. member states under rule 135 - 137, whereby a majority of countries voting in support of this action, would ensure the comprehensive protection of the Rainforest and its people, against thousands of impending industrial developments.
In 2017, Miriam will be lobbying all 197 member states of the United Nations to vote in support of the Nature Nations transition for the Rainforest; in addition to signing more indigenous leaders to support the document from across the other seven countries of the Amazon Basin and raising the public profile of this opportunity
to protect the Rainforest.
Challenge
the United Nations to appoint a Secretary General that is independent of nation-state economic interests and related corruption
Provoking the U.N.'s power to protect
.
Miriam was nominated for the United Nations Secretary General position on September 30th 2016, causing an election scandal that still requires resolution at the U.N.
In December 2016, she announced her intention to be in permanent opposition at the United Nations during a speech at the U.N. in Geneva.
.
The United Nations holds the greatest power to bring about environmental protection and peace but ONLY if they begin to powerfully challenge member states, for their acts of escalating and otherwise unaccountable destruction.
This will take an entirely new kind of leadership which seeks economic balance without violations of human rights and environmental devastation; along with a strong intention to enforce the many incredible documents that the United Nations has which can be judicially
applied by Article 21 of the Rome Statue.
